Officer – HR Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
Ensure timely completion of employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employee-related documentation.
Coordinate with departments regarding HR operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
Support recruitment and employee engagement activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
R System expertise.
HR documentation, employee records management, attendance and payroll coordination.

We are Hiring! Assistant Category Manager – Electronics

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Category Manager in managing Electronics category across procurement, assortment, pricing, promotions, and category performance.
Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
Assist in vendor management, sourcing, negotiations, and product development to ensure availability, quality, and competitive pricing.
Analyze sales, margins, inventory, market trends, and category KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams for smooth category execution.
Partner with the operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and impactful display in-store.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in category management, buying, merchandising and procurement preferably within retail, E-commerce or commercial environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems and should possess strong analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
