Job Essential:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the security staff/guards to ensure discipline, punctuality, and effective performance.
- Implement, monitor, and regularly update security policies, procedures, and protocols in line with business needs.
- Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare daily reports on security incidents, observations, and activities.
- Monitor and control entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access to premises.
- Supervise surveillance systems (CCTV), conduct routine rounds, and perform regular inspections of premises.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment for employees by training and leading the emergency response team in handling emergency situations.
- Organize and maintain security staff training programs, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and compliance requirements such as CTPAT.
- Ensure all building doors and access points are properly closed and locked after staff leave.
