Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Textile Engineering from HEC Recognized University.

Experience:

• 10+ Years of Industrial Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement the industrial engineering strategy aligned with the company goals.
• Collaborate with senior executives to set production and operational goals and KPIs.
• Lead initiatives to optimize production workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to integrate automation, digital tools, and Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance production processes.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and enhance process reliability.
• Work with operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to streamline production workflows and improve product life cycles.
• Set up SOP, process flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different processes.
• Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their work quality and career development.  
• Evaluate resource allocation to ensure optimal use of machinery, labor, and materials.
• Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards and industry regulations, with a focus on operational safety and environmental sustainability.
