Vacancy: Deputy Manager Material Planning and Procurement

Job Requirements:

Oversee customer sales forecasts, raw material rundowns, and supplier coordination to ensure timely orders, accurate shipment tracking, and up-to-date PFIs.
Proficiency in SAP MRP, SAP MM, and other related SCM modules is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting MRP data and reports to drive actionable insights.
Ensure accurate demand signals by maintaining MRP master data parameters, including lead times, MOQ, lot sizing, and safety stock; resolve system or BOM inaccuracies to uphold data integrity.
Develop and manage material planning schedules to align with production requirements, minimizing excess inventory and material shortages.
Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and consumption rates to maintain optimal stock levels and support just-in-time (JIT) production practices.
Ensure MRP processes align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement strategies for minimizing waste, improving turnover, and reducing carrying costs through effective inventory control in SAP.
Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Reviewing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring that they match purchase orders and contract terms.
Work closely with procurement, product development, and production teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and seamless material flow across production stages.
Generate and interpret MRP reports, including material requirements, inventory turnover, and consumption patterns to support decision-making.
Monitor and report key MRP performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
