This internship is a gateway to a potential career as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Sarena Textile Industries. The program offers exposure to different departments, including production, quality control, supply chain, marketing, finance, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Human Resource.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:
· 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Gain practical knowledge and skills across
multiple departments.
· 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Work closely with industry experts and leaders.
· 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: High-performing interns may be offered a position as
an MTO, with a clear career progression path.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲:
· 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Recent graduates in Textile Engineering, Business
Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
· 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬: Those with a strong interest in the textile
industry and a desire to learn and grow.
· 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬: Individuals with analytical thinking and a proactive
approach to challenges.
· 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬: Those who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A keen interest in the textile industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
