Samsons Group is looking for motivated Trade Marketing Representatives to join our team in Islamabad and Rawalpindi!
In this field role, you will execute in-store brand communication, drive product availability, build strong retailer relationships, and report route data via mobile applications.
Candidates should have an Intermediate qualification, 1 year of experience in merchandising, spot selling, or order booking, strong negotiation skills, and comfort using mobile software.
A personal motorbike and Android smartphone are required.

Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Intermediate, 1 year in Merchandising, Spot Selling, or Order Booking, motorbike (mandatory), Android smartphone (mandatory), Comfortable using mobile applications, software, and reporting tools
Job Role:
- Execute brand communication and in-store visibility activities.
- Ensure product availability across assigned retail outlets.
- Record retail data accurately using the designated mobile application.
- Build and maintain strong trade and retailer relationships.
- Follow assigned retail routes and complete daily market visits.
- Support brand development and merchandising initiatives at retail.
- Submit timely reports through the company’s reporting tools.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage daily retail route visits independently.
- Proficient in using Android applications for reporting.
- Valid motorbike driving ability with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
