Minimum Education: Graduation (Preferably B.COM)
Minimum Requirement:
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role
• Good Inter-Personal, Communication Skills & Time Management Skills
• Strong Excel and IT Skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily settlements with 1-Link , MNET & EN switches of all ADC transactions
• Ensure daily reconciliation of settlement GL’s on daily basis
• Ensure daily branch-wise ATM reconciliation
• Ensure ATM failed transactions and credit proceeds to customer account
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Ensure efficient customer service

• Ensure reconciliation of settlement GLs’
• Monitor and ensure daily execution of branch-wise ATM reconciliation
• Strictly monitor ATM failed transactions and ensure credit proceeds to customer accounts
• Coordination with SBP as required
• Preparation and submission of MIS within turnaround time
• Ensure efficient customer service and provide high standards of banking services

• Good understanding of banking operations, products, systems and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform 100 % eye balling on all approved Consumer Assets cases and vigilance of sample cases
• Conduct visits on applications, scrutiny of sample cases and customer visits
• Sample review of all positive external verification
• Investigation of cases and reporting of the same
• Maintain Negative Fraud database and Fraud vigilance MIS
