Position :Deputy Manager Washing – APPAREL DIVISION
Responsibilities:
- Review & Approvals: Oversee first wash load results and ensure timely approvals from Quality and Marketing.
- Plan Execution: Oversee and drive the execution of daily production plans, proactively address variances, and ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Lead Time Compliance: Ensure all GWP processes meet defined timelines and handle urgent orders efficiently.
- Machine & Cost Efficiency: Support machine uptime, control rejections, and maintain cost within set limits.
- Quality Control: Maintain FPY/DHU standards, ensure SOP compliance, and minimize rework.
Experience & Education:
- BSc Textile Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in Textile industry preferably Denim
Skills & Knowledge:
- Supervisory skills, Good communications Skills, Ability to plan & organize.
