Position : Assistant Manager MMC – Apparel Division
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export policies, and company standards.
- Monitor supply risk and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and procurement practices.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
