Position : Assistant Manager Fabric Procurement – Apparel Division

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely fabric delivery, manage lead times, and resolve supply chain issues.
• Manage fabric sampling, track sample status, and maintain an updated fabric library.
• Maintain accurate records of fabric procurement, including IGP and GRN clearance for timely payments.
• Develop and maintain a categorized fabric library meeting customer requirements.
• Coordinate pocketing developments and arrange sampling/bulk orders with suppliers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and ensure fabric procurement meets those requirements.

Education & Experience:

• BBA/ MBA/ Textile Engineer
• Having 2-3 years plus experience within the field of denim garment manufacturing.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of fabric types, quality control, and supply chain principles.
