LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, SUKKUR CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Admin Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of operations and communication between departments. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on action items.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Address urgent issues proactively.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and programs.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and databases.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a hospital or Healthcare setup.
