About the role: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Resource to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, for Oracle E-Business Suite. The role involves working closely with business users, functional consultants, and other technical team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle tools such as:
- Oracle Reports
- XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
- Oracle Forms
- Work with Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, PO, OM, ODM and INV etc.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize performance of SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures/packages used in reports.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to reporting and data extraction.
- Provide technical support during Oracle patching, upgrades, or module implementations.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 technical development.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher.
- Experience in Oracle EBS data models and table structures.
- Knowledge of standard APIs for data interfaces.
- Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle EBS specialization) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
