𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔

1- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all production machinery and utility systems.
2- Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities, including boilers, air compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical systems, water treatment, and fire protection systems.
3- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment.
4- Monitor machine performance, analyze breakdowns, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
5- Coordinate with Production and other departments to maximize machine availability and production efficiency.
6- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor services effectively.
7- Oversee the installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrading of production machinery and utility equipment.
8- Drive energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives to optimize utility consumption across the facility.
9- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, Lean, and 6S practices

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 & 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8–12 years of maintenance and utility management experience in the apparel or textile manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial utilities, production machinery, preventive maintenance, and ERP/CMMS systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
