JOB POSITION: FOOTWEAR DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate original and creative design concepts for various types of footwear.
- Stay updated on fashion and footwear trends, as well as consumer preferences.
- Analyze market data and competitor products to inform the design process.
- Choose appropriate materials, colors, and components that align with the design vision and functionality.
- Collaborate with the sourcing and technical teams to ensure material availability and manufacturability.
- Work closely with pattern makers and technical designers to create prototypes and samples of footwear designs.
- Ensure that comprehensive technical specifications and documentation are created for each design.
- Make necessary adjustments to the design based on fit, comfort, and functionality.
- Ensure that design specifications are clear and accurate for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical designers, product developers, and manufacturing teams, to bring designs to production.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: BS (hons.) Leather Accessories and Footwear Design.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Age: 20-25 Years
