Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience in retail.

Job Description: Supervise and support retail store teams within the assigned area. Monitor and exceed area revenue sales targets and KPIs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. Ensure proper execution of VM guidelines and in-store displays to drive product visibility and customer engagement. Implement and ensure adherence to brand standards and operational policies Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals Conduct regular store visits and handle operations. Provide a regular report to senior management on sales performance. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
