We Are HIRING MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of the audit plan considering the risk areas and senior management guidelines of their respective franchise
- Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews working papers and audit reports.
- Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.
- Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors, manage project to quality outcomes.
- Identify process gaps/Weakness analysis, recommendation and evaluation of controls
- Coordination with in and intra departments.
- Make rotation plans for internal staff and ensure their adequate training.
- Check and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals
- Review of monthly technical KPIs and reviewing them for improvement areas
- Review of monthly distributor targets and approving them for incorporation in SAP
- Ensure completion and timely updating of Audit Dashboard.
- Review and analyze functional performance with reference to audit score compliance
Job Requirements:
- ACCA/ACMA, CA-Finalist, CIA, M.Com/MBA(Finance)
- 04-05 Years Experience in FMCG preferably in Beverages Sector
