Staff Required for Headquarters

1. Assistant Controller Examinations (BPS-17)

Qualification: MCS or MS (IT) or BCS (4 years) with a minimum 2nd division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience: 2 years of experience in academics or examinations in a government or HEC-recognized private institution or testing service.
Age Limit: 24 to 40 years.

2. Computer Programmer (BPS-17)

Qualification: MCS or MS (IT) or BCS (4 years) or BS in Software Engineering (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Must be proficient in software & web development, app development, and designing with 3 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 24 to 32 years.

3. Photographer / Cameraman (BPS-14)

Qualification: Graduation (minimum 2nd Division) from a recognized university with a Diploma/Certificate in Photography.
Experience: 1 year of experience in photography.
Age Limit: 24 to 40 years.

Selection Procedure

These are project posts on a 2-year contract basis, extendable based on performance.
Apply online at the Central Testing Service (CTS) website: www.ctspak.com or via the Emergency Services Department (ESD) site: www.rescue.gov.pk.
Deadline to apply: 05-05-2025.
Submit application forms to CTS by post.
Only fully completed applications that meet the criteria will be accepted.
All communication will be made via CTS and ESD websites.
Written, psychological, physical, and skill tests will be held at designated centers.
Lists of qualified candidates will be posted on CTS and ESD websites.
Final interviews will be held at Emergency Services Department HQ, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
Candidates must present a medical report from a government hospital covering height, weight, chest, eyesight, physical deformities, and lab tests for Hepatitis B&C, HIV, and RPR.

Terms and Conditions

Candidates with vision less than 6/6 (without glasses), color blindness, BMI 30 or more, and positive tests for Hepatitis B&C, HIV, or RPR may be disqualified.
No age or qualification relaxation, except 5 years upper age relaxation for existing ESD employees (admin posts only).
Preference for candidates taller than 5’6″ and with a minimum chest size of 33″.
Candidates should apply for only one post. If suitable, they may be considered for another post based on the Recruitment Committee’s decision.
Local residents (as per CNIC) will be preferred.
If many applications are received, only those meeting enhanced criteria may be considered.
Candidates must strictly meet advertised eligibility. All documents are provisional until verified.

Auto Technician (BPS-12, 1 Post)
- Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Auto Electrical)
- Experience: Preferably 2 years
- Age: 20–30 years
Computer / IT Technician (BPS-12, 2 Posts)
- Qualification: D.A.E in Computer Hardware
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred
- Age: 20–40 years
Security Supervisor (BPS-8, 1 Post)
- Qualification: 10 years of Armed Forces security experience as Subedar or Naib Subedar
- Age: 30–50 years

Staff Required for Districts

Wireless Technician (BPS-12, 4 Posts)
- Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Electronics) (2nd division) from a recognized institution
- Age: 20–30 years
Emergency Medical Technician (BPS-11, 36 Posts)
- Qualification: Nursing or Paramedical Degree or Diploma (2nd Division) from a recognized Board, Council, or University
- Age: 20–30 years
Rescue Driver – LTV (BPS-5, 151 Posts)
- Qualification: Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) with valid LTV License
- Age: 20–30 years

These are contract-based jobs for 2 years, extendable based on performance.
