JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Regional Training Institute (RTI), South, D.I. Khan – Population Welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications from eligible candidates who are residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts. The positions are purely on a contractual basis until the completion of the project, according to the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2022 for the project “Regional Training Institute, South, D.I. Khan”.

Available Positions

1. Principal (Female)

• No. of Posts: 01
• BS (Equivalent): BS-19
• Age Limit: 40-55 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience: MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with 12 years of relevant experience.

2. Admin & Finance Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• BS (Equivalent): BS-17
• Age Limit: 22-35 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience:
  • First Class MBA (Finance), Economics, M.Com from HEC recognized university.
  • Two years of relevant experience as an Admin Officer.

3. English Teacher (Female)

• No. of Posts: 01
• BS (Equivalent): BS-17
• Age Limit: 22-35 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience: At least Second-Class Master’s Degree in English Literature or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

4. Instructor (Tech) (Female)

• Qualification/Experience: MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC.

• Qualification/Experience:
  • A Grade Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing.
  • Two years’ experience in any government-recognized institution.

7. Computer Operator

• BS (Equivalent): BS-16
• Age Limit: 22-35 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

8. Office Assistant (Female)

• Qualification/Experience:
  • Minimum Second Division Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Specialized training in office management, communication skills, MS Office, shorthand, note-taking, event management, or English language.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, including two years in a similar role.

9. Accounts Assistant

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA – Finance, Economics, B.Com) from an HEC-recognized university.

10. IT Assistant

• Qualification/Experience:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (Communications).
  • At least two years of relevant experience.

11. Warden/Mess Manager (Female)

• Qualification/Experience:
  • Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • 24 months of training as a Family Welfare Worker from RTI of the Population Welfare Department.

12. Store Keeper

• BS (Equivalent): BS-11
• Age Limit: 22-35 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
  • Diploma/Certificate in Computer/Information Technology.
  • Five years of relevant experience.

13. Junior Clerk (Male)

• No. of Posts: 01
• BS (Equivalent): BS-11
• Age Limit: 22-35 Years
• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Intermediate from a recognized board in Second Division.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Certificate in Computer/Information Technology.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates must pass the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted later by the appointing authority.
2. All candidates must verify their CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat before applying via ETEA.
3. Only Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts domiciled candidates can apply.
4. Selection is strictly merit-based through ETEA tests.
5. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.
6. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any vacancies.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
2. After successful submission, a prescribed deposit slip will be generated.
3. Pay the test fee via Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or Bank UBL OMNI Agent.
4. Do not send documents to ETEA. Bring them only if called for an interview.
5. Roll Number Slips will be available at www.etea.edu.pk from 15th February 2025.
6. The last date to apply online is 28th February 2025.
7. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
8. No separate Call Letter will be issued.
