Location: 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
- Manage and monitor monthly surplus/deficit calculations, including verification of purchase volumes, freight rates, noted costs, refinery costs and applicable OGRA notifications.
- Ensure accurate accounting and book keeping of IFEM-related transactions and maintain supporting records.
- Prepare schedules and regulatory/statutory reports as required.
- Coordinate and ensure timely processing of transportation payments to cartage contractors, pipeline operators and refineries, including invoice verification, rate validation, calculations and relevant supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain transportation and freight-related claims, transport certificates, actual product movement and freight pool schedules in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Process and review journey incident, diversion and freight adjustment reports, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with relevant departments.
- Verify and reconcile Intercompany Freight Settlement (ICFS) reports with applicable IFEM schedules and coordinate necessary adjustments and settlements.
- Liaise with internal departments, refineries, pipeline operators, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to resolve issue related to freight and settlement-related matters.
- Support internal/external audits, regulatory reviews and special assignments.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 3-5 years of relevant experience of IFEM in Finance & Accounts Department.
