Job Opportunity: Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointment, purely on contract basis for a period of 01 year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) at PCSIR Head Office Islamabad. The details are as under:

1. Junior Engineer (Civil)

No. of Posts: 01
Salary/Month: 125,000/-
Qualification & Experience: MSc/BSc/BE in Civil Engineering having Active PEC registration with minimum 03 Year experience of Project execution in Pvt/public sector, supervision of multistory buildings, preparation of Engineering estimates of Minor/Major works on Schedule/ Non-Schedule rates, BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs etc.
Preferences: Expertise in Structure &AutoCAD design and MS Project management, Primavera etc. would be preferred.

2. Sub Engineer (Civil)

No. of Posts: 02
Salary/Month: 75,000/-
Qualification & Experience: B Tech/DAE in Civil with Minimum 05 Year experience in supervision of Civil Projects, Multistory buildings, infrastructure, preparation of Cost estimates of minor / major works on Pak PWD Schedule/Non-Schedule, BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statement etc.
Preferences: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design and MS Project, MS Office would be preferred.

3. Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

No. of Posts: 01
Salary/Month: 75,000/-
Qualification & Experience: B Tech/DAE in Civil with Minimum 05 Year experience in scrutiny of bills of building & infrastructure of contractors, preparation of estimates of minor / major works on Pak PWD Schedule, preparation & review of BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statemen and Rate analysis etc.
Preferences: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design, CoST-X, Primavera and MS Project or similar QS software and MS Office would be preferred.

4. Sub Engineer (Electrical)

No. of Posts: 01
Salary/Month: 75,000/-
Qualification & Experience: B Tech/DAE in Electrical with Minimum 05 Year experience in supervision of electrical work of Projects of Multistory building, infrastructure, operation &maintenance of Solar power grid, HT/ LT line /panels, Transformer and Generator, preparation of estimates of minor / major works on Pak. PWD Schedule, BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statement, Rate analysis etc.
Preferences: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design and MS Projector relevant software and MS Office would be preferred.

5. AutoCAD Operator (Civil)

No. of Posts: 01
Salary/Month: 75,000/-
Qualification & Experience: DAE in Civil/Architecture. Minimum 05 Year experience of preparation of 2D/3D drawings of architecture, structure, public health & electrical works of building, infrastructure & roads.
Preferences: Expertise and proficiency in AutoCAD & Other Design Software are preferred.
