POSITIONS VACANT: Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is seeking suitable candidates for appointment to the following positions on a contract basis.

1. Senior Manager / Manager (Talent Development)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC – recognized and reputable university.
Experience:
- Relevant professional experience in Talent Development, learning and development or a related HR function.
- Senior Manager: Minimum 12 – 15 years
- Manager: Minimum 8 – 10 years
Demonstrated experience in:
- Implementing talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Designing, delivering, managing, and evaluating learning and development programs.
- Conducting training needs assessments and identifying organizational capability gaps through performance analysis.
- Coordinating and managing relationships with external training providers, consultants, and academic institutions.
Other Requirements:
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 45 years.

2. Sr. Deputy Manager / Deputy Manager (Talent Acquisition)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC – recognized and reputable university.
Experience:
- Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, or a relevant Human Resources function.
- Senior Deputy Manager: Minimum 8 – 10 years
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 5 – 6 years
Demonstrated experience in:
- Implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational workforce requirements.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Conducting competency-based interviews and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational recruitment policies, applicable labor laws, and best HR practices.
Other Requirements:
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP software and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 45 years.

3. DM (Tax & Costing)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:
- ACMA / ACCA / ACA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Experience in filing Income Tax and Sales Tax Returns including reconciliation, liaison with tax authorities and tax consultants, handling tax assessments and audits.
- Candidates having expertise in costing, including variance analysis, budgeting, import and store costing will be given preference.
- Age: Up to 45 years.

4. AM (Invoices)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:
- ACMA (Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist) / CA (Finalist) / MBA (Finance) or M.Com.
- More than 03 years’ experience in the same capacity.
- Should be well versed with Accounts Receivable Management ensuring all receivables are accurately recorded, invoiced on time and monitor aging reports.
- Maintain customers GL and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team, sales department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing process.
- Ensure all receivable activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Should be well familiar with ERP systems and MS Office especially excel.
- Age: Up to 45 years.
