𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞) 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 / 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭

This position will be based at the Head Office (Karachi).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on local and international design trends, colours, textures, patterns, and finishes to support the development of new decorative paper and laminate collections.
Identify and evaluate global suppliers, innovative materials, surface technologies, and product concepts for potential sourcing or in-house development.
Participate actively in Joint Design Committee (JDC) meetings by providing design recommendations, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and product development insights.
Coordinate with product development, marketing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment of new collections with market demand and business objectives.
Regularly visit Karachi & Lahore Outlets to enhance visual merchandising standards, product displays, sample presentation, colour coordination, and showroom aesthetics.
Develop design concepts, sample recommendations, and material specifications for architects, designers, and customers to support project requirements and sales initiatives.
Manage design consultation activities at the DHA Experience Center (upon establishment), assisting customers in material selection and converting design opportunities into sales leads and project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Design and Architecture
3–4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of decorative papers, laminates, furniture surfaces, interior materials, and architectural finishes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and showroom display planning.
