A fantastic opportunity is available for a Factory Manager to be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities: The Factory Manager manages the entire activities of the Household and Healthcare factories to meet forecasted production requirements within the deliverables of cost, quality and service. The Factory Manager oversees and supervises Household and Healthcare production staff to ensure that production targets are met within a peaceful industrial climate. Key responsibilities and candidate skill profile are detailed below:

Provide leadership and ensure cross-functional coordination of all factory activities and process to achieve company volume, cost, quality and schedule objectives
Lead and manage continuous improvement activities to enhance performance of factory workers, materials and machines
Budget preparation and Fiscal management for the RB Pakistan factory
Establish and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the factory’s goals and objectives.
Forecast and manage the operating budgets of the factory departments, including labor, overheads and capital expenditure
Ensure a sound and peaceful industrial relation climate.
Ensure the implementation of HSE guidelines of the company
Maintain compliance with all organization and regulatory policies, standards and practices.
Monitor the work performance of subordinates and provide career/professional counselling to enhance their competency level.
Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s)

Is this you?

Educated to a minimum Masters degree level in Engineering from a recognised university. A Masters degree in Business Administration is preferable but not essential.
Minimum of 10 years broad-based experience in supply chain with at least 2 years in production management.
Experience of Pharma production at the senior management role will be a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical and decision making skills
Team Management and development abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of Quality management, Planning & Project Management
Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
Basic knowledge of factory regulatory requirements & labor laws
