We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Call Center
Location: Lahore
Department: Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage call center agents to achieve KPIs (SLA, quality, conversions)
• Monitor performance, call quality, and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare performance reports and coach team members
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience
• Strong communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
