WE’RE HIRING PRODUCT DEVELOPER

The incumbent will be responsible for leading product development initiatives, driving innovation, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with buyers and cross-functional teams to develop commercially successful apparel products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product development from concept creation to commercialization.
Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, fabrics, trims, washes, and garment innovations.
Collaborate with buyers, merchandising, design, sourcing, and production teams to develop competitive product offerings.
Manage seasonal development calendars and ensure timely execution of product development milestones.
Drive innovation through new fabrics, silhouettes, embellishments, and sustainable product solutions.
Evaluate product feasibility, costing implications, and manufacturing requirements.
Present product concepts, collections, and development updates to buyers and management.
Monitor sample development and ensure alignment with buyer expectations and quality standards.
Support business development initiatives by creating value-added product proposals.
Mentor junior product development team members and contribute to capability building.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Fashion Design / Fashion Merchandising or equivalent
Experience : 3–4 years of experience in product development within the garment manufacturing industry
KSA : Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric development, washes, trims, sourcing, and market trends
