WE’RE HIRING MANAGER – SOCIAL MEDIA AND CREATIVE

Rajby Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative, strategic, and digitally driven professional to lead our social media presence and creative communications. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the company’s digital platforms, developing engaging content, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital communication strategies.
2) Manage all company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
3) Lead content planning, creative campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives.
4) Create and oversee corporate, sustainability, product, employer branding, and event-related content.
5) Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and video production activities.
6) Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
7) Cover corporate events, buyer visits, exhibitions, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
8) Monitor social media analytics, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
9) Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Sustainability, Product Development, and Management teams to create impactful content.
10) Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
11) Stay updated on digital trends, AI-powered content tools, and emerging social media technologies.
12) Ensure all communications reflect Rajby Industries’s values of innovation, sustainability, excellence, and inspiring change.

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
Experience : 5–8 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, or Creative Management
KSA : Strong knowledge of corporate branding, content creation, video production, and social media strategy
