Quality control Manager (Refractory)

Preparation of all documents like QCP, ITP method
statements specific to Refractory BU.
Attending all project meetings to represent QC
department.
Organizing the receiving inspection of all the
materials
Organizing inspection at project and different job
sites
In process inspection of production at plant.
Sampling and Sample testing during production as
required by the technology provider.
Testing of Samples in the laboratory and the
required documentation.
Monitor the defects and wastages and develop
process to measure the wastages during production and installation
NDE procedures in-house & subcontracted
Welding procedure & welding process selection
Customer specification implementation
