Orient Group of Companies is seeking a Manager – Budgeting & Controlling. The role requires expertise in budget management, financial projections, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual budgeting and financial control processes
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance and prepare variance analysis
- Monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets and ensure effective cost control
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments for budget planning and monitoring
- Support management with financial insights and scenario analysis
Requirement:
- ACCA / CMA / CA
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, including Budgeting, Controlling, or Financial Planning
- Strong expertise in Financial Projections & Financial Modelling
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial sector preferred
- Strong SAP & Advanced Excel skills will be preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
