Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Representative Officer to join our team on a 3-Month Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to customers for order verification.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Clear and manage shipper advice cases.
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries through email.
- Manage customer communication via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to social media comments and messages professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 6–12 months of relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing calls, emails, and social media channels.
Additional Details:
