SITUATION VACANT: Applications from eligible candidates having domicile of District Sukkur are invited for the following vacancies In Irrigation Department, as per qualification and experience indicated against the following posts, within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

S#: 01. Name of Post with BPS: Data Processing Assistant (BPS-12)

Age Limit: 18 – 28 Years

Place of Vacancy: 01 No: post at Barrage Division Sukkur, District Sukkur.

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:
- o (i) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent from recognized university / institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission Or Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) and

(ii) Having at least (01) one year experience as Data Processing Assistant.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The applicants who fulfill following requirements should apply for aforementioned vacancies on Sindh Job Portal Government of Sindh at https://sjp.gos.pk.

The applicants must have successfully passed the general screening test of Graduation Category with at-least 40% marks, conducted by IBA Sukkur testing services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.

Age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under rule-7 of Sindh Civil Servants, (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit), Rule 2024. however the upper age relaxation limit will be five years as provided in notification of Services General Administration & Coordination Department bearing No. SOII (SGA&CD)564/ 2011 (Part-II) dated 6-3-2025.

The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered too as per law/rules v/ policy of Sindh Government.

Applicants already in service should get NOC from his/her respective department prior to submission of application and bring the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on job portal.

Only eligible / shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.
