Organization: Punjab Higher Education Commission

Positions Vacant: The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications for various positions on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

1. Driver (3 Posts – Admin Department)

Qualification & Experience: Middle education with at least 5 years of experience and a valid LTV/HTV license.
Area of Work: Candidates must be able to perform duty in a pool and in different shifts. Experience in a public or private sector organization will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

2. Office Attendant (3 Posts – Admin Department)

Qualification & Experience: The candidate must be literate.
Area of Work: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public or private sector.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

Application Form: Download the application proforma from www.punjabhec.gov.pk by 13th March 2025.
Submission Deadline: Submit a hard copy of the duly signed application form by 14th March 2025, 5:00 PM through registered courier/post only.
Required Documents:
- CV
- Copy of CNIC
- Attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates
- Recent colored photograph
Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (to be deposited in Punjab Higher Education Commission, The Bank of Punjab Account No. 658004651700054, Branch Code 0320).

Important Notes:

Candidates must apply separately for each post, with the post name clearly mentioned on the envelope.
Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
Incomplete applications or those submitted via email, fax, by hand, or after the deadline will not be entertained.
PHEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
