- Identify value added and digital services in current system integration and cloud in Pakistan and devise plans for bridging performance gaps.
- Evaluate existing organizational strategy and practices to provide input for reshaping them in order to support latest market trends.
- Inculcate practices for generating new ideas and responsible to initiate new technological interventions pertaining to new services/products, systems in cloud, system integration, cyber security and emerging technologies.
- Manage commercial activities pertaining to product development and integrate the efforts of commercial teams for developing new products and services, marketing them, and planning for bringing them into the mainstream by going the whole nine yards for excellent customer experience.
- Manage entire customer journey and bring continuous improvement in customer touch point for Cloud and ICT.
- Complete responsibility of Revenue and cost for Cloud, System Integration and Cyber Security vertical.
- Direct involvement in sales process by enabling Key Account Managers and engaging customers directly.
- Implementation of compliance requirements of OEMs and Internal control related to Sourcing and financial budgets.
Qualification: Professional degree in Telecom/Electrical Engineering (Masters’ Preferred) from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 12 – 15 years’ experience in telecom and enterprise business and minimum of 5 years experience of managing and leading Team.
