With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our LH (Long Haul) business and seek an experienced professional to join our dynamic team.

Position: Commercial Manager – LH Business

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive the commercial strategy for the Long Haul (LH) business under the 3PL model.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts across industries.
· Manage engagement with shipping lines, transport partners, and freight stakeholders.
· Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models to maximize profitability.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand PIL’s market footprint in logistics.
· Ensure effective coordination between operations, finance, and client services teams.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
· Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred, but not mandatory).
· 5–8 years of proven experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping industry.
· Strong commercial acumen with experience in client engagement and business development.
· Knowledge of logistics operations, long-haul trucking, intermodal transport, and supply chain dynamics.
· Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with shipping lines, trucking companies, and 3PL stakeholders.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics/ERP systems.
