Pak Poly Industries Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of acrylic material in Pakistan, is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and result oriented professional for the following position for its factory situated at Kasur, Punjab.

Plant Head (Senior Manager)

The incumbent will lead our manufacturing facility and ensure seamless plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, administration, safety, and compliance, while driving efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall plant operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved.
Oversee administrative, technical, and workforce management functions.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and process improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the plant team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institute, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience in large manufacturing industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Age should not be more than 45 years.
The candidate should have strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with proven problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
