We are hiring Assistant Manager Chemical – R&D
Key Accountabilities
- Develop cost-effective & improved existing chemical raw materials.
- Maintain raw material quality & analyze packaging performance.
- Research new chemicals, materials, & technologies & plant scale evaluation.
- Support production team with chemical analysis.
- Establish R&D procedures & review lab data.
- Supervise assigned Chemical lab, develop new lab methods and coordinate R&D activities.
- Document project processes, results, & conclusions.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Msc Analytical Chemistry/ MS Chemistry with 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of chemical process operations, quality control, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of TPM, ISO, and EHS practices.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and chemical dosing optimization.
- Good communication and team management skills.
