Position: DEPUTY MANAGER – IMPORTS (PRE-SHIPPING)
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Manager – Logistics (Pre-Shipping). The ideal candidate should be proficient in coordinating end-to-end import operations, including communication with foreign suppliers, banks, freight forwarders, and insurance companies. The role requires expertise in preparing import documentation as per customs requirements, managing shipment planning, ensuring timely bookings, and handling L/C processes. The candidate should also be capable of providing daily and weekly progress reports to management.
Qualification: MBA/Master degree from a reputable University
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Imports. Preferably in Auto sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (oral and written).
- Well versed with Incoterms, Regulatory compliance and SBP regulations.
- Knowledge of WeBOC and PSW.
- Experience of using SAP MM Module.
- Use of MS Office (Excel, Power Points, Word etc.)
