Netkom Technologies is seeking to fill the following vacancies in the RF Department for the long-term duration in Islamabad (Pakistan) office.

Position: RF Level 1 Engineer
Total Positions: Multiple
Experience: 6 Years (Huawei Optimization Experience to be preferred)
Technology: GSM/UMTS/LTE/VoLTE/5G

Expertise and Skills:

Should have good knowledge of radio propagation theory and basic principles of a certain GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G mode.
Should be able to complete performance monitoring reports and drive test data analysis reports.
Expertise in RF Post-processing tools (Genex Assistant, TEMS Discovery & MapInfo, etc.).
Should identify RF problems in DT/CQT, output corresponding solutions, and independently develop DT/CQT reports and must be well equipped to handle common user complaints through DT/CQT.
Should be well-versed and have hands-on experience in network planning parameters.
Should be able to Monitor OSS KPIs and prepare subsequent reports.
Should have a basic command of cell parameter planning principles. Be able to plan basic parameters such as frequencies, PSCs, PCIs, etc. for small- and medium-sized networks.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language.

Expert in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Work, and PowerPoint.

Position: MBB L1 Survey Engineer
Experience: 5 Years

Expertise and Skills:

Interpret the technical proposal, BOQ, and Responsibility Matrix, understand the positioning of the physical products and service products involved in the survey design, and determine the survey design scope.
Interpret the site solution, clarify the application of telecom equipment and survey materials in each scenario, and clarify the responsibilities of RF, TX, CME, TE, and PW in the joint survey.
Interpret the TSSR template, specify the survey items of engineering products, and record the information about telecom equipment and engineering auxiliary materials when completing the TSSR. Understand the key points of 5G delivery and fill in the key survey contents in the survey report.
Based on the site survey template, fill in the site survey items correctly, and draw sketches of the site equipment layout, cable route, cabling rack form, and length, outdoor antenna surface, the capacity of energy infrastructure and transmission equipment, and base station positioning.
According to the specified design drawing template, select the specified product drawing in the gallery and convert the site sketch into the CAD engineering drawing.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
