Reporting to: Divisional Head โ€“ Digital Data Analytics

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Candidates having a Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology and/or Data Science and/or relevant certification will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Digital Banking and/or Information Technology and/or E-commerce and/or Fintech and/or relevant field, including 05 yearsโ€™ experience in data design in digital landscapes.
  • Candidates having hands-on experience and/or a key role in digital transformation and/or digital development in finance and/or banking industry as well as in-depth knowledge of current technological advancements, data science, and experience in User Experience (UX) and/or Human-Centered Design (HCD) will be preferred.

  • Candidates having a Masterโ€™s Degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology and/or Data Science and/or relevant certification will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Digital Banking and/or Information Technology and/or E-commerce and/or Fintech and/or relevant field, including 05 yearsโ€™ experience in related consulting, analyst, or engineer roles alternatively experienced working with relational databases and data mining.
  • Candidates having hands-on experience and/or a key role in digital transformation and/or digital development in finance and/or banking industry as well as in-depth knowledge of current technological advancements, data science, and experience will be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 08 years of working experience in Digital Banking and/or Information Technology and/or E-commerce and/or Fintech and/or relevant field including 02 years in banking, digital, financial services, and/or telecom in Digital Channels implementation of technology solutions and support.
  • Candidates having hands-on experience and/or a key role in digital solutions and/or digital development in finance and/or banking industry as well as in-depth knowledge of ATMs, CCDM, Kiosk etc. will be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 06 years of working experience in Digital Banking and/or Information Technology and/or E-commerce and/or Fintech and/or relevant field including 02 years in banking, digital, financial services, and/or telecom in Digital Channels implementation of technology solutions and support.
  • Candidates having hands-on experience and/or a key role in digital solutions and/or digital development in finance and/or banking industry as well as in-depth knowledge of ATMs, CCDM, Kiosk etc. will be preferred.

Assessment Test / Interview(s)
Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).

Employment Type
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years which may be renewed based on individual performance. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bankโ€™s Policy / rules.
