📍 Location: Lahore
Mughal Steel is seeking a Lead Executive – ERP D365 Functional Services to join our dynamic IT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business excellence through innovation, system optimization, and collaboration across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and process mapping aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations (Power Platform, Azure, third-party applications).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and deliver end-user training.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance using Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or ACCA (Microsoft Certification preferred)
💼 Experience: 1–3 years of experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
🧠 Core Knowledge:
Strong functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting
Good understanding of business processes and ERP functional workflows
