Job Overview:
The Manager of Packaging oversees packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise packaging activities and staff.
· Ensure complete research and development.
· Ensure quality control and compliance.
· Develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
· Manage packaging budget and supplier relationships.
· Coordinate packaging projects and timelines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
· 8-10 years of FMCG packaging management experience.
· Having an in-depth knowledge of Research and development.
· Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
