Position Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Head Office (Head Office)
To qualify for this role, you should have 4-7 years of experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry. A Master’s degree in HR is preferred, and excellent people management skills are a must. You should possess a good understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Policies. Additionally, you must have the ability to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
