We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh Manager Admin & IR The candidate will be responsible for.
- Oversee factory-related activities including housekeeping, staff transport, canteen, accommodation etc.
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly.
- Manage factory accident cases and provide medical aid for all employees.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Handle disciplinary issues and liaison with legal advisors, unions, and CBAs.
- Manage EOBI, SESSI, and SWWB-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with district administration and government bodies, while managing legal and regulatory interactions.
- Work with local police and law enforcement to address security concerns.
Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master/LLB degree with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience of Admin & IR. Practice lawyer with experience of Administration and local candidates will be preferred.

Assistant Manager Accounts
The candidate will be responsible to:
Manage income and sales tax functions, including tax return tax filing and compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, receivables, purchases, and payables.
Ensure timely financial closing and reporting.
Lead and develop the accounts team.
Utilize accounting software (SAP preferred) to streamline financial operations.
Candidate must have MBA/BBA Finance/CA intermediate/CMA part qualified/M.Com/B.Com degree with minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with manufacturing industry.
