We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Paper Machine Officer/ Asst. Paper Machine Officer
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage shift activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal production quality.
- Monitor and control machine operational parameters to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot operational and quality issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Optimize production processes to reduce wastage at the pope reel during job changes.
- Analyze machine fabric conditions to schedule timely replacements.
- Implement strategies to decrease sheet breaks during frequency changes and shifts.
The candidate must hold an Intermediate/Graduation degree or DAE in Chemical/Mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the paper and board or packaging industry.
