REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programmes.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent maintenance issues.
- Train and support maintenance staff; conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless facility operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
- Recommend improvements to systems, equipment, and processes.
