We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Assistant Shift Chemist
The candidate will be responsible to:
- Ensure all processes and parameters are implemented and monitored during the shift to produce high-quality sugar that meets crushing and recovery targets.
- Minimize sugar loss during the shift by optimizing mud pol, filtration, and molasses.
- Supervise maintenance, testing, and trials of equipment in the assigned area to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Optimize steam consumption by reducing % cane and kW/tc/hr.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of good-quality sugar.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent, with minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Sugar Industry.
