Key Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy inventory levels – avoid overstocking or stockouts while keeping a strong turnover ratio.
• Drive successful growth of Never-Out-of-Stock (NOOS) programs.
• Predict demand for new launches using historical data, market insights, and pre-order trends.
• Work with sourcing to ensure timely deliveries, correct quantities, and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor slow-moving items and implement strategies (promotions, bundling, visibility boosts) before they become aging stock.
• Use analytics to guide buying, replenishment, and allocation decisions.

• Oversee daily task tracking and run regular task review meetings.
• Develop and execute brand strategy; ensure all activities align with it.
• Ensure product range is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with brand positioning.
• Continuously monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Regularly review key brand metrics (sales growth, retention, conversion, ROAS, CLV, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
