Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Supervise and manage a team of stitchers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Monitor stitchers to meet production demands, leveraging existing professional networks.
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare production and other reports on daily basis.
- May set up machines and equipment.

Fabric Quality Head
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Approve or reject fabric based on inspection results and documented quality criteria.
- Maintain inspection records and share findings with the sourcing and production teams.
- Collaborate with fabric suppliers to resolve quality issues and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Inspect embellished panels & quality meet design, safety standards or finished fabric after embroidery.
- Coordinate with the embellishment units/vendors to correct or redo any substandard work.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for fabric and embellishment inspection.
- Implement preventive quality control processes to reduce defects and wastage.
- Train and manage a team of fabric inspectors & should be familiar with international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
- Provide daily/weekly inspection reports to production/planning teams to highlight recurring quality issues to management.
- Coordinate closely with the design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
- Lead the inspection of all incoming fabric (dyed, printed, or greige) for defects such as weaving faults, shade variation, shrinkage, GSM, colorfastness.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in fabric inspection or textile quality control (preferably in women fashion).
