𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Chartered Accountant / CA Finalist / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in budgeting or financial planning.
➡️ Strong command of financial modelling, MIS tools and performance analytics.
➡️ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Lead and consolidate the Bank’s annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance targets.
➡️ Design and monitor KPI scorecards to link performance metrics with budgetary and strategic objectives.
➡️ Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis to identify cost efficiencies, profitability levers and performance gaps.
➡️ Collaborate across business and support functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete budget submissions.
➡️ Ensure compliance with SBP guidelines, IFRS standards and internal policy frameworks in all financial planning processes.
➡️ Prepare and present financial projections, performance reviews and budget summaries for senior management and Board Committees.
➡️ Lead and mentor the budgeting team to ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of all outputs.
