𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Specialist HR – Financials
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university B.COM, BBA, BS (Finance) or ACCA will be a preference.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR , Payroll team.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Responsible for Collection & Incorporation of Income Tax Credits, evaluate evidences with amount claims.
■ Responsible for Final settlement individual cases. Prepare Upload for Credit/Debit And Process advance salary cases & advance for next month.
■ Prepare Group wise & category wise different monthly allowances. Preparation of monthly salary based analysis.
■ To assist in payment of LFA, booking of its expense and also to book the accruals.
■ Maintain necessary records, reconcile all deposits & payments from PF account. Also assist in PF audit. Assist in periodic GL Reconciliations.
■ Quality Testing’s in Flex Cube after new developments made by Flex cube support team. Coordination with different audit teams as per requirement.
■ Role of CIF Modification in Staff-marked accounts of staff accounts. Handle employee’s different queries regarding CIF updating and Modifications in all staff marked Accounts. Staff unmarked CIFs of resigned Staff.

■ Mindset towards Islamic Banking.
■ Expertise in MS Excel
■ Strong leadership skills
■ High level of analytical and decision making skills
