𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Graduate / BBA (Masters, MBA preferred) from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least the last 3-4 years in similar role / branch management capacity.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Responsible to manage a team of around 30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate
■ Responsible for consistent addition in current and saving account (CASA) deposits.
■ To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per Bank’s policy for both self and all the BDOs in his team.
■ To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.
